Sigrun retired after 34 years in the United States Army as a First Sergeant and has many years of experience as a licensed Realtor and managing Broker. As the Principal Broker at Capital Real Estate Services, she brings years of expertise in administration as well as keen negotiating skills, with agents and clients.
Although originally from Iceland, Sigrun’s Tennessee roots run deep in the Cumberland Plateau and Nashville areas. She is a member of the Lebanon and Wilson County Chamber of Commerce and loves hiking and taking in the beauty of Tennessee as a member of the Tennessee Trails Association. Sigrun understands the importance of family; she has three sons and a stepdaughter. Her life’s passion is simple: finding people and their families the perfect home.
